Christmas Wishes...

I hope everyone enjoys the presents and the food and the drink and the warmth and the tv and the games, but most of all I hope everyone appreciates each other's company... even if it is for just one day...

Early hours...

Often times I find myself peering into a screen in the early hours of the morning, trying to decipher the meanings of cryptic symbols displayed in white on a black screen.

Then there are times like tonight when the message is clear. The RAM is corrupt and needs replacing. The machine is still in warranty hence the fix will cost nothing.

£20 for the diagnosis and everybody's happy.

Beat that.

On a side note, I am glad I caught a few hours of sleep earlier this evening.

Goodnight all, sleep peacefully, see you when it's daylight.

...busy morning already, up at 5.55, last BNI meeting of the year, then out fixing and fetching with total success...

If all days are going to feel this positive, then I'm SO glad I took that leap of faith.

So lets see what the afternoon brings?

Today, I mostly recommend making sure your machine is up to date with windows updates.
